ListGlobally was founded as a listing syndication network for real estate agencies. They then branched out and developed their own property portal – ProperStar.
Now they have more than 70 collaborating portals, and 33 of their own real estate search engines throughout the world.
This is ImmoEdge’s in-depth review of ListGlobally & ProperStar:
1. Company Overview. ListGlobally was founded in 2009 as an international property listing platform and is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. They help real estate agents and developers market properties to buyers around the world. Real estate agencies can either connect ListGlobally with their CRM or upload their listings manually to the platform. These properties are then automatically translated to 25 different languages and uploaded to more than 70 portals worldwide, providing instant international exposure.
Launched in 2018, Properstar, which consists of 33 separate websites, functions as ListGlobally’s International property portals, and the consumer-facing brand. When you subscribe to ListGlobally your properties are automatically listed on Properstar’s websites.

3. Reach and Audience. Properstar’s Spanish website receives around 540 thousand monthly visits, however that is only one of their 33 websites. Globally, their assets receive roughly 15 million monthly visits. ListGlobally offers one of the most important Global reaches among property portals, and can give real estate agencies in Spain a crucial advantage. Unlike traditional Spanish property portals which often list the same properties and target similar audiences, leading to increased competition among agencies for the same clients, ListGlobally provides access to a more diverse and international audience providing global exposure which can be of great value to agencies.
An additional advantage to ListGlobally is its ability to market to a variety of buying budgets, from economy homes to luxury real estate. Agencies have the option of subscribing to Luxury and Elite packages, which serve to increase their listings’ visibility on high-profile luxury platforms, targeting affluent buyers looking for exclusive properties.
4. Pricing. ListGlobally’s basic packages start at around €200 per month for 50 listings and €320 per month for 100 listings. These listings appear at the bottom of the search pages, and after the Luxury, Elite, Global, and Premium listings. Basic packages receive less viewing and do not receive international exposure. All other packages offer International exposure, however you have to pay additional for these listings.
To give you an idea, 1 Elite listing costs €49 per month, and 1 Luxury listing costs €99 per month. Luxury listings are shown to an additional 12 luxury property portals.
As you can see, costs can add up quickly so it’s crucial to monitor which property types and budgets are attracting the most enquiries, and how your basic and premium listings are performing.
5. Competitors. ListGlobally’s main competitors are various International real estate portals including Rightmove, LuxuryEstate, Zoopla, Idealista, Immowelt, ImmoScout24, PropertyGuru (Asia), JamesEdition, and Greenacres.

ListGlobally offers smaller agencies global exposure, particularly through its luxury listings, enhancing their market presence, however issues with lead quality, conversion rates, and inconsistent customer service raise some concerns.

Negative Feedback
Lead Quality and Conversion. Some agents have expressed disappointment with the quality of leads generated by ListGlobally and Properstar. They mention that even though their listings receive increased exposure, the lead conversion rates are lower than expected. Poor ROI have led some agents to question the value of the service for its cost.
