1. Company Overview. LuxuryEstate was founded in November 2011. It forms part of a network of portals owned by Luxury Media Group, and while it operates independently, it benefits from partnerships with other prestigious real estate and luxury brands that help extend its reach within the global luxury market.

2. Reach and Audience. Luxury Estates attracts roughly 1.15 Million visits each month with an audience of mostly German (14%), French (12%), Spanish (11%), Brazilian (9%), Italian (7%), US, British, and Canadian.

With over 250,000 luxury listings across 120+ countries, LuxuryEstate boasts a broad international audience, targeting wealthy buyers, investors, and real estate professionals. The platform’s audience is predominantly composed of high-net-worth individuals focused on premium properties. Its global reach attracts both local and international buyers, making it a key player in the luxury real estate market.

Because LuxuryEstates has a global audience, it’s difficult to estimate what traffic percentage is allocated to each of the countries on their platform. However, looking at their home page it’s self-evident that the most attention is focussed on Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the US, and Brazil.
For an even better idea you can check the total real estate listings for each country: 96.000 properties in Spain, 76.000 properties in Portugal, 74.000 properties in France, 15.000 properties in Italy, 54.000 properties in the United States, and 10.000 properties in Brazil. Basic packages start at around €200 to €300, and depending on the amount of Elite, Prestige, or Premium listing positions you would like, prices can increase rapidly. Elite listings are positioned right at the top of their web pages, prestige next, premium after, and basic listings at the end and after all the paid listings. You can buy more paid listings to place more of your listings at the top of an area.
Keep in mind that high-value locations will usually have strong competition amongst estate agencies, so in most cases you will need to budget around double or triple your basic package cost to get a few good leads every month.

4. Competitors. LuxuryEstate’s main competitors are Idealista, Kyero, and various International real estate search engines including Rightmove, Properstar, and Greenacres.
